Active Hobbies
Wake surfing and boating, bowling, dancing/5 years bacon twirling instructor for all grade school ages (9-year student myself), completed 3 marathons and 1 half marathon, as well as enjoy exercise & competitions to test my abilities, the support system and overall atmosphere.
Motivation
Started Crossfit because I was beyond dejected, not being able to fit into my standard size dress pants anymore. The Crossfit lifestyle & many friend I've met along the way have changed my life! It's always fun to checkout other gyms when out of town and grow friendships.
My personal goal is to promote a healthier, happier lifestyle by showing there's potential in everyone to always challenge ourselves mentally and physically while finding joy in the experiences, contributing to continuous self-development in all aspects of life. I'm truly blessed for the many lives I've connected with and learned from through the years.
